We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for extended periods.

You agree to use AI Debaters only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to transmit, distribute, or store material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, interfere with the proper operation of the Service, or use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without our written consent.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates this policy, including removing content, terminating accounts, and reporting violations to law enforcement.

Certain features of AI Debaters are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All fees are stated in US dollars unless otherwise noted.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI Debaters and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its content without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AI Debaters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
